Add-On 1×8 Batten-Board Vertical Siding

We offer the traditional batten-board siding in Roughcut lumber for the most authentic cabin look. Our siding is milled by hand on a small band-saw. The logs used in the sawn process are chosen for rustic character. We believe that the vertical lines add a texture and visually compliment the horizontal lines of the logs. You can choose to add-on these 1×8 boards to your cabin kit and we will ship them with your logs. You can stain your gable siding boards the same color as your logs or even give them a contrasting color!

*please note that the 1×8 boards will need additional cutting on-site with a skill saw or a table saw for the 2″ batts.
